GOING HEALTHY


After eating pasta for 3 days in a row for dinner i was feeling a little urge to make my meals a bit healthier, I mean why not summer is coming around the corner.  enjoy these recipes they taste amazing!


protein toast

1/2 piece of toasted whole wheat toast (this would also taste great with sesame toast)
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 avocado
honey
salt
pepper

*dice up the avo and egg place on top of toast and drizzle some honey on it. top it off with salt and pepper and youre golden!*
energy booster yogurt

plain yogurt (i got mine at trader joes)
vanilla almond granola (from Trader Joes)
3 slices of mango
a couple of blue berries
1 spoon of raw unsalted almond butter




spinach pancake

1 egg 
2 cups chopped up spinach
1/2 AVOCADO
SALT
PEPPER

* first steam the spinach & drain it.  Mix it with an egg white until completely whisked.  Then you put it on the pan until cooked.  Top it off with the avocado and salt and pepper.  Its so tasty!  I added tapitio onto mine and it was lovely.
