JAPANESE CHICKEN CURRY

Growing up, I loved Japanese chicken curry.  My mom would make it for us and it was soooo GOOD!  So today i just had a bit of a craving for it!  This is the perfect easy recipe for a hearty meal :)  



INgredients you will need
 Golden curry box (you can buy this at ralphs)
 2 stick carrots
1/2 onion
2 potatoes
3 chicken breasts
olive oil
water





STEP 1: PREP 
You want to dice the chicken onion, carrots and potato in squares


STEP 2: You want to put a teaspoon of olive oil on the bottom so it wont stick and make it all gross. Then you want to put chicken first then the curry blocks on top.


Step 3: you will want to add the onions, potatoes and carrots next (in that order).  Then add water up to the meat part then you are ready to go!

STEP 4: put on high for 2 hours then low for 3 hours.  its okay if you keep it on low for a while it wont hurt it if anything it will make the carrots and potatoes softer.  


WALA YOU ARE DONE!  This is amazing with white rice enjoy!
